gradumatation

i can't believe how slow i am at posting this. but two weekends ago {over mother's day} i went home for my baby sister's graduation.  i flew home and enjoyed warm weather, lounging by the pool, eating good food and just relaxing.  it was pure bliss... the only thing that would have made it better would have been if the husband could have joined me.

finale

the 3-hour finale of my most favorite show is on tonight and i just can't wait! my top choice folks have been voted off, so i'm not even sure who i want to win, but regardless, i'm sure i'll be bawling my eyes out on the couch while i watch, like i do every week. i don't know what it is about people losing weight that makes me so emotional, but i love it! i'm still trying to decide if i should start watching later so i can fast forward through the commercials. my guess is that tara will take home the biggest loser title.... as for the at-home winner? i'm not too sure.

on being a fatty

i have become super lazy as of late. i've been working so much the minute i get some spare time the last thing i want to do is cook, or hit the gym. just this afternoon while chris and i enjoyed rootbeer floats at hire's big H while waiting for our bacon cheeseburgers i get a text from julie about a yoga class. talk about feeling all the flab multiply by twenty on my body. nope. i didn't hit the gym up today or yesterday or even the day before that and here i am enjoying my 800+ calorie dinner. awesome.

lovely nurserys...

no i am not pregnant, but i have this strange fascination with nurseries. i guess it's the mother in me {deep down there somewhere!} while browsing through my blog list i came across this awesome nursery post over at say yes! to hoboken via style carrot. you must skip on over there and check it out. it made me baby hungry all over again.
