this morning we got up and i sent chris off to medical school. i felt a little like a mom sending her kindergardener off to school for the first time. he looked spiffy in his "business casual" attire required for the class photo they were taking this morning. i didn't think i would be so nervous but i was, i was worried he would have nice people to talk to and i was especially worried he would be able to find his classes ok. he gets done in a little while and i haven't heard any bad news thus far, so i'm assuming it's all going swell for chris on his first day of school.

Oh my little chris is growing up! Speaking of growing up.. I know your birthday is coming up. Or has already passed. Or is today. Either way, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
I hope he didn't get in any fights with the other school kids or get grass stains on his nice school clothes.
let me start off by saying that we miss you guys like crazy. since quinn has shaved his head i really wish that we could take a picture of the two baldies next to each other. and i really don't think that there is anything to worry about...we all know that chris will do amazing.
