update

so apparently me being pregnant equals long time no blog. basically i've just been busy trying to get ready for this little man to get here. but life has been pretty crazy around here the past couple months...the blurry pic of us above is no joke, life has been a blur.

UPDATE in bullets:

• today was my last day as a working woman (jury is still out on whether or not that is permanent)
• i'm 37.5 weeks 70% effaced and dilated to a 2, technically full-term and SO ready to have this little guy on the outside
• 
• chris is 6 days away from finishing the most brutal 24 weeks of his life, (pediatrics rotation, ob/gyn rotation, internal medicine rotation, surgery rotation)
• he has more countdowns to this being over than i have to getting our baby here :)
• i've successfully finished our little man's crib, bassinet, blankets, diaper bag
• still have yet to finish the rocking chair
• we're putting the last finishing touches on the nursery (pics to come soon)
• i've packed my hospital bag
• i'm about 90% done with my christmas shopping
• i turn 25 in 2 days...yikes
• we celebrate 4 years of wedded bliss in 2 weeks...again yikes
• we are STILL mourning kyle brotzman's fail x2 (if you don't know who kyle brotzman is, well then google it)
• we are hoping this baby comes out to say hello before christmas
• we are looking forward to some time to get reacquainted and spend some down time with our new little man...whom we've kinda decided will be named stockton christopher....we'll see if it sticks when we meet him
