mothers day

everyone knows {hopefully by now} that mother's day is on sunday. this mother's day i have a new mom to shop for--my mother-in-law. what do you get a mother-in-law? i definitely don't know her like i know my own mom and i would like to think i have nailed her taste down pretty good. needless to say, i was very apprehensive on saturday when kelli and i walked into Deseret Book. the shelves were lined with books, journals, cds etc. and i was overwhelmed with the task. i found a cute pineboard painted a brick red color with "families are forever" painted on in cream lettering {the one in the picture is backwards}. there was a wire strung through to hang in on the wall. i grabbed one for me and one for LeeAnn. i wrapped it up along with a framed picture of chris and i from the boise reception. what did you get your mother-in-laws for mothers day?
