so i had high hopes of waking up at six this morning, i set my alarm for that time at least. but instead i rolled out of bed at 7:15. why is this, you might ask? it's because of the wonderful invention of the snooze button. i recently moved and now have my own room so the snooze is relatively new to me, since before when sharing a room, i snoozed fairly rarely. but i'm actually still trying to decide if it's a wonderful or terrible thing, but here is my reasoning anyway:
- the snooze keeps you from having to get out of bed
- allows you to not fully go back to sleep so you don't oversleep
- allows you to not fully wake up
- peaceful slumber keeps getting interrupted by the loud beeping noise every so often, like mine, the snooze on my phone lasts about 5 minutes
- it is an excuse to be lazy
- another mundane day is delayed, even if it is only 5 minutes
- you have to hear the scary sound of the alarm more than just once
- more sleep!!!

I vote drug out and shot. It's so much better for me when i just get up when my alarm goes off the first time. I really enjoy when I put my head back down on my pillow but then I think getting up 5 minutes later is that much harder. bad idea.
i did it again!! snoozed for 30 minutes today! duh i really need to learn how to get out of bed!!!
my alarm didn't even go off this morning, I'm not sure why. So I haven't showered yet. oh well, I think it will increase the odds that I'll go running when I get off work. I can't believe someone actually had a ding dong cake, you'll have to tell brandon about that
